Preferred Experience: Neurosurgery (crani and spine), Open Heart/Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric, and Gynecology
Certs REQ: BLS
Locals accepPending License accepted: Noted: Yes -locals preferred. Must live within 75 miles of the facility. Local rate is $5 less than the BR.

Minimum Qualifications

• Successful completion of coursework for medication administration (Pharmacology) as a Practical Nurse in accordance with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) regarding Standards of Pharmacology/Administration for Medication Course for Practical Nurses (Must provide documentation if requested)
